We have just purchased our property and used Matt Lowe's mortgage services. I cannot recommend Matt enough! He has gone completely above and beyond to help explain everything in detail and help us with the best possible monthly repayments and insurance policies. We really feel he was fighting in our corner when we had some issues arise along the way. This is my second time using Matt's services and I won't use anyone else in the future. I highly recommend!! Daniel Juniper, is amazing! ☺️ we saw several houses when we PCS’d to the area ( military ) and, I must say that Daniel was the best agent we have interacted with through the process of finding a rental. I mean he literally negotiated everything we wanted down to the last bit with the landlord the same day we saw the property, that was very fast compared to other agents who were slow at responding / scheduling showings. I definitely recommend him.

I was the winning bidder for the…

I was the winning bidder for the property and, following the auction which ibs iamsold I was taking steps to arrange the required mortgage documentation and obtain my Agreement in Principle (AIP). There was initially some delay because I later became aware that the relevant person was away on holiday. Importantly, the auctioneer instructed me by telephone to wait until I had obtained my AIP before paying the Reservation Fee. I relied on this instruction and understood that I was following the process as advised by the auctioneer. At no point was I informed that my winning bid had been cancelled and was sold .I only became aware of this when I followed up with the agent yesterday and was told that the property had already been offered to the second bidder. I am therefore concerned that the property was offered to another bidder without giving me any prior notice or opportunity to proceed, particularly when I had been following the auctioneer’s specific instruction regarding the Reservation Fee. I acted in good faith throughout the process and relied on the information and instructions provided to me by the auctioneer. I did not withdraw my bid or indicate that I was unwilling or unable to proceed. I feel really frustrated about this , no proper communication.

My son and his roommate, enlisted Airmen, were forced to move off base due to 100 percent dorm occupancy. Time was extremely limited, and one was in the middle of a TDY while trying to secure housing. The first realtor we spoke with could not answer our questions about UK rentals and military-specific considerations. Stress was high, and the clock was ticking. Dan was professional, intelligent, timely, well-versed in the market, and incredibly empathetic to our son's situation, which in short was a relocation order, moving off base with less than a week's notice.
