GoogleWere professional and easy to contact throughout. However, when it came to move in day we were not contacted regarding picking up keys (even when all was clear to go) and we had to chase up repeatedly. I would say this was likely a one off occasion and other than that service was good.

GoogleWe were lucky enough to meet Talia, to show us around our potential property purchase. So far she has been wonderful. Helpful, professional, efficient and very approachable, and has really made us want to deal with Tristram's further, so much so we are now looking at buying a 2nd buy to let from them.

GoogleWe are currently in the process of buying a property marketed by Tristrams. I have had contact with Talia and Chloe during this process. Both have been very responsive to queries either by phone or email. The property is currently empty and Talia has be accommodating to our requests for additional viewings.
