Googlebeen finding a house for my second year at university and Luke has been nothing but helpful and patient. He answered all our questions (sometimes more than once) and has been friendly and replied back straight away. made the whole process as stress free as possible. :)

They advertised & completed the checks for a tenant who moved in within a week of advertising. GoogleI have recently used Tristrams to let out my property and James has been superb throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and James did a great job of keeping both me and the tenant informed during the process. The property was well marketed and let very quickly and I would have no hesitation in using Tristrams again or recommending them to others. They do a great job!
