GooglePolite staff, and plenty of updates on the house we were purchasing - far more than from our own agent who gave us very little information on how the sale was proceeding. Sophie, in particular, was very helpful and called regularly. 😊PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleBored of this lot repeatedly sending us letters to get our business. If they'd done any kind of groundwork, they'd know the property in question has been Let. This lot will be bottom of our list when buy/sell or Let properties. Unprofessional and pathetic attempts to win business.

GoogleTried multiple attempts to view a property. Emails gone unanswered. Twice have phoned up, both times details been taken and been told I would receive a call back, and twice this has lead to nothing. Given up trying to view any properties with them, poor service.

GoogleI felt that I was fighting with them most of the time. I would not consider them if I were to sell another house. I even had to fight over the bill, which they eventually decided was as I said but I don't expect it.
