Hi Aaron, we are sorry you have had a bad experience and feel this way. We have looked into this and been in touch with the branch who have informed us that they wrote to you on the 08/08/16 to advise that the agreement would be renewed and the rent increased. Our records show that you were then called on 07/09, 09/09, 14/09 & 16/09, text on 14/09 and emailed on 21/09 to chase the renewal fee, but never received a response. Consequently, we still drew up the supplemental agreements and sent these to you. The first email received by you was on 20.10.16 and the 2nd email sent on 20.10.16, the staff member dealing with this was not in on the 20th so responded to you on 21.10.16. The landlord has agreed to defer the rent increase for one month and the team has been in touch with you about this. Hi Zeki, we’re saddened to read that you’re unhappy with the experience you’ve had with us at the end of your tenancy. We can see that when you moved in you left us a 5* review mentioning how pleased you were with the service you’d received and can see you even recommended the team based on the service you had received so are really disappointed that your experience with us has changed so much since this. Proposed deductions that are put forward at the end of the tenancy are calculated after comparing the inventory report conducted at the beginning of the Tenancy with the check-out report produced at the end of the tenancy, the report produced establishes if there are items which are deemed to fall under the responsibility of vacating tenants. We can appreciate why you may be unhappy with deductions put forward but feel it important to highlight we put these forward on behalf of the Landlord as we are instructed by them to do so, most importantly if you do not wish to agree with these then you can refer the proposed deductions to arbitration where they will be reviewed by an independent adjudicator; if this is something you are looking to do then please advise the property management team. We can only offer our apologies for any disappointment caused but hope the above helps provide some clarity.
