This review goes out to Chris and Tom at Leaders in Braintree for their excellent services and communications whilst trying to find a tenant for my buy to let flat. Chris in particular was very professional, friendly and responsive to any enquires I had. Chris and his team was able to find me a professional tenant within a week after completion. Furthermore the flat was bought through a different estate agency however I decided to let to flat out through Leaders based on going existing positive experience. Overall, thanks to Chris and Tom for their assistance and service in finding a professional tenant quick.

Yeliz has been massively helpful throughout our move to Witham and replies super quickly to any emails and has worked tirelessly to offer the best service, so I really appreciate that, thank you :) I can't fault Leaders at all, however, I would say the amount of emails received for signing documents can be a little overwhelming to keep up with, but that's about it! A pleasure to deal with :)

I highly recommend Leaders Braintree if you are selling a property locally. We can't praise Henry, Tom, Chris and all staff highly enough. They helped us secure a rental property over the Xmas period and completed all the relevant legal work by the 9th Jan - nothing short of miraculous. Having sold our house, with a completion date looming, they achieved the impossible. We contacted several other agents around that period who did not seem to appreciate our situation and some were lacking a professional attitude. Thank you so much for all your hard work, we really do appreciate it. In simple terms, we would not have a place to live but for the magnificent effort from all @ Leaders, Braintree!

I had pleasure in dealing with the letting team ( Thomas Penny and Henry Taylor and late Kate Moss) during the process of my letting application for a property in Braintree. I was welcomed at the viewing of the property, the conversations were open, very informative and the processes clearly explained. We liked the property and put in an offer and after a few checks and clearances we were given the opportunity to initiate the application process . All the online applications through the Leaders portal were expeditiously sent to us and the team were always at hand to clarify any issues and assist were necessary. Although there were a few hiccups (no fault of leaders) they done everything they could and were very efficient. We now have a lovely home and are very happy thanks to George and Joe. Joe Skeels and George Lamb were of tremendous help to me in finding rental accommodation in Kelvedon. They were professional at all times and kept me regularly posted on the progress (credit checks, reference checks, landlord approval and so on). He was incredibly efficient, honest and communicated with me several times a day to update me on the progress. Managed to arrange viewings less than 24 hours after my flat went live on Rightmove, resulting in a quick sale. Whole process was stress free, mainly due to Tom’s knowledge and professionalism. I found with other estate agents they give you a load of houses that are on their books that don't really fit the bill of what you need. Our first time being with leaders has been a bit of a pain. We had to ask for the payment details to pay our rent multiple times. The property we moved into is dirty inside and out and we're expected to cover the cost. Lots missing from inventory and they expect me to make amendments to it. Have had to take time out of my work day to make calls that simply don't need to happen, or call backs are arranged with no follow up call. Hoping the service we receive improves so I can amend this review. I took these Google reviews on board before renting this property. But please notice that many reviews here are from users with only one review which seems suspect to me now..
