GoogleTom has been excellent from start to finish! I put the flat on the market in December despite other agents advising to wait until new year! Had many viewings and a few offers within two weeks and have just exchanged! Tom was super helpful and informative at all times and was always on hand to push the solicitors to ensure a quick move! Definately recommend Tom!

GoogleFirst to call for two separate properties, and I repeatedly called back for 2 weeks straight to request a viewing. I was told keys needed to be obtained from both tenants… at the end of the week they’ve conveniently both been let… ridiculous!

GoogleGiven our experience so far Leaders is how a Lettings agent should operate. Nothing but professional and beyond helpful service. We had a couple of hiccups and issues with the referencing company but Katherine went over and above to ensure everything went as smoothly as it should, will be recommending them to anybody in need of a letting agent.

GoogleThe no deposit is great until you move out and they then charge you for EVERY thing, included things that were issues when you moved in that they hadn’t gotten round to fixing yet. Be careful! There’s a reason you don’t pay a deposit!! You will more than likely pay it and some once you leave.
We’re really sorry to read that you’ve been dissatisfied with the service received from us particularly due to the No Deposit Option (NDO) we have in place with your former tenancy. Our NDO terms and conditions which are signed before the commencement of the tenancy, clearly state that whilst a monthly fee is payable throughout the term, additional costs will be incurred should there be any tenant dilapidations/damages above the usual fair wear and tear. By signing the documentation, tenants have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this option. Anything that is put forward as costings to the Tenant under the NDO has been done so in conjunction with the check-out process and discussion with the Landlord given we are contracted to act under their instruction. Tenants do have the option under the arrangement to raise a dispute with our independent adjudicator should there be a disagreement at which time this will be reviewed. We’d like to offer our apologies for any confusion caused and should you wish to discuss this further then please feel free to contact us on 01344758596 as we’d be happy to address this with you directly. GoogleI would highly recommend leaders Braintree we have spoke over the phone with different members of their team and all are so lovely and professional but I have to say Katherine especially is so great not only at what she does but has kept us up to date with everything even when we have been awaiting info from landlord she will call to let us know she still waiting to hear so we kept in the loop we have rented now with different agencies over a period of about 15 yrs and can say we have ever dealt with anyone as welcoming and as professional as Katherine at leaders please do not hesitate to give them call you won't regret it
