GoogleAbsolutely the worst letting agents i have ever known always on the landlords side and never the tenants after over 3 months of complaints about a leak and a completely mouldy wall in the bathroom without even having an engineer visit they still feel that this is acceptable and are not pushing for anything to happen and also refused to just let my partner out of the tenancy unless he pays a reletting fee for a property that is in no fit state to be relet. Would not recommend this estate agent to anyone unless you want to pay for completely over priced properties and no follow up with any complaints. Also 'Cat' who he was dealing with has been everything but i helpful in this situation.

GoogleI currently use Haart letting services for 7 flats I own. The service from this team is ok but I do have concerns over their contractors pricing which is exceptionally high. As an example I was quoted £800 to replace an oven I decided to get it done through trust a trader for £240. This isn’t the only time Haart has tried to charge me excessive amounts.
The real reason for my review is in relation to the sale of 2 of my flats. It started off ok and the branch manager was helpful but since he left, Gary and the new team have made contact once and promised me a summary of progress they were making, this has never materialised. Following this i have sent numerous emails and made a number of phone calls without ANY response! I have even called head office who said they would email the branch to contact me and this resulted in no contact. Considering I was eventually going to try to sell 5 properties through them I thought they would make sure I was happy but they don’t seem to care. I am now going to use a different agent.
