Dandara didn’t bother to get back to me when I urgently enquired about a property. And 10 days later, they have not even bothered to answer my complaint. Terrible company.
We normally receive exemplary feedback on our Jersey rental team and we are sorry they were unable to help you but understand they have responded to your complaint and apologised for the communication oversight.

I’ve been leaving in 2 properties managed by the Dandara Team. They’re friendly, professional and helpful. The small issue in my opinion would be that Dandara have more control on the property management company in charge of the maintenance and repairs which can be frustrated at some point.

I have been trying to get hold of the company for months just to ask a simple question about my property and have had no response. It’s extremely frustrating and if I had a choice I would not have gone with these developers. Avoid at all cost if customer service is important for you.

The team was able to help find a really nice place before arriving on the island, which made my move ten times easier. They were also very responsive via email, which made liaising with the landlord and sorting out handover of the keys fairly seamless considering the circumstances.
