Exceptional service from the team when I relocated from Ireland last year. Brendan really went the extra mile sending me videos of potential properties and helping me choose a suitable location when I was unfamiliar with Jersey. I don’t think trading process is fair. The sales assistant get to decide who can reserve including themselves friends or who they want. If you have the money it should be a first to reserve process on release.In my experience you don’t have a robust or fair process for reserving properties.
