We went to view some houses on the Saxon Park how amazing they were. But what stood out for me was the staff. Her name was Jo, forgotten her surname. Her knowledge on the different properties was fantastic. She was very polite, understanding and no question was silly.

Kelly and Bradley have been excellent. Kelly has pulled out all the stops for us. Has treated us as if we're close friends. We have had any questions or queries answered with honesty and confidence. Unfortunately for us we haven't been able to secure our future home with Dandara but have been honoured to have been part of the Dandara family!

We have reserved a new house at Eskbank Gardens. The sale is dependant on us completing the sale of our house in France which has been going on far longer than it should and Dandara threw us a lifeline by being so amazingly flexible with us. We would give them 10 stars for that if we could. With regards to the buying process Warren from the Eskbank site has been amazing, so many thanks to him for his extremely friendly approach. Alison has also been amazingly helpful, so our thanks go out to both of them.

Overall we're really pleased with our new home at Dandara's The Pippins development in Hamstreet. The purchasing experience was really straightforward - Joe and Tommy in the sales office were really responsive throughout. We love the layout and quality of fixtures and fittings in our new home and issues have been dealt with promptly, albeit a few very minor snags remain outstanding.

Dandara always responded to any maintenance issues / queries that we came across in a polite and speedy manner, very easy to contact and deal with.One improvement I feel could be made easier / clearer is the "exit" process, as a consumer of your services I struggled with the itemisation of what was required for the professional cleaning.However I would still rate your services 5 star.

We moved from a Dandara house in Kingswells to Hazelwood as we were so impressed with service we received from our sales consultant Andrea Robertson. She went out of her way to assist us and also helped our other neighbours in Fairley Road. Quality of fixtures and fittings are of a high standard but being provided with excellent advice from Andrea gave us the the ability to choose Dandara over another builder.

Simply cannot fault Dandara from the time we decided to purchase, to now, the point of having moved in 18 months ago. Having lived in a few different house builds I can say that the quality and finishing of Dandara homes is very high. Not only a good quality home, but they have backed this up with any snagging that will inevitably be required in a new build. All staff - Sales, Site Manager, Snaggers etc. provide efficient high quality service where nothing has provided a problem.

TrustpilotHard to fault Dandara in terms of their properties and service
Recently purchased a property from Dandara in Aberdeen. Did look around at other developments but the quality and style of the properties available with Dandara was noticeably higher. The whole process was the easiest I've encountered in buying property. Fully information was given as and when required. On moving in a full induction was provided covering every facility/service within the house plus a welcome gift (nice touch). The sales consultant, Susan, couldn't be more helpful. On reporting snags in the property (understandable in a new build) the Customer Service Team remedy almost immediately (The Snag Team are amazing whatever the job). The only problem I encountered was a lack of internet connection (fibre optic cable broken) for the first week. Such services should be checked before the property is transferred over. Overall, however, a thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly service. Would definitely recommend. And the property is amazing.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dandara (so far). The sales process was very smooth and easy, with Donald (sales advisor) keeping good communication throughout the process, were great and very supportive throughout the process, reassuring us and answering our silly questions with the utmost professionalism! We moved into our new house roughly 6 months ago and the little issues (because there’s always some) received the best attention from the costumer care team who have arranged for these to be promptly resolved.I can honestly say that the whole process was made very easy by Dandara and the costumer care has been surprisingly exceptional!! Can only recommend!
