My husband and I have completed the purchase of our new home and will be collecting our keys tomorrow. We are so pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of all the staff at Towerlands Park in Braintree, including Victoria and Jodie in the office, as well as the site managers: Jimmy, Dylan and Scott. We have been kept up to date every step of the way. They have always been able to answer any questions we have had and there hasn't been anything that has been too much trouble. They are genuinely excited for us to be completely happy when we move into our new home. We would definitely recommend buying your next home with them.

I went to view one of the new build homes this morning. I was a bit unsure about looking at a new build property but I can honestly say these are really lovely homes. I was really impressed with the size of them I wasn't expecting this. I was with a lady called Becky who was so helpful and friendly! I had so many questions and she was able to answer everything for me on the spot! Becky thank you for your help and I can't wait to hopefully see you soon to get my new home.

I visited the show home at Reayrt Mie and was really impressed with the standard of the finish and specification. I was pleased to hear how much was included as standard. Bradley and Kelly at Dandara have been a pleasure to communicate with about our new house purchase. They've been friendly, helpful and provided all the information we needed and asked for. We called into Dandara site office in Aberdeen (Hazelhead) as we are hoping to move to the area and we were particularly interested in new build bungalows. Although we did not have an appointment and it was almost closing time Andrea took time to give us lots of information about the new phase to be built and the local area.

TrustpilotAvoid Dandara like the Plague
My advice is to avoid Dandara like the plague. We reserved a house at the Sweetings ( plot 67) and secured it with a deposit. Our buyer withdrew when we were about to sign contracts. Dandara assured us that everything was ok and said to re-market our house as the new house wouldn't be ready for at least 6 months anyway. We were in contact with the sales team constantly and they assured us that everything was ok. Out of the blue they rang us 2 days prior to Christmas 2022 to say that someone had enquired about plot 67, so they sold it to them. 'We can sell it' they said '28 days of no sale is in the small print'. We had trouble getting our full deposit back, but we did eventually. They said they refunded it as a 'Gesture of Goodwill'. They wouldn't contribute to our other losses like surveys and conveyancing fees, which they insisted that we needed when we were purchasing the house. Its a pity we can't give less than a 1 star rating because we'd put them into a negative rating. Good riddance to Dandara. We wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
