Our experience with Beresford has been such an easy journey, Danny was super efficient with our enquiries and was very professional. We let Danny know that this was our first move, and he's been nothing short of patient and understanding with us. We've bombarded him with questions and Danny always responded to us quickly. I have used Beresfords as my letting agents for two properties for some years now. My contact there is Samantha Robinson, who I know I can rely on to assist with any matters requiring attention. She is efficient and courteous with excellent communication skills. Sam liaises between myself and the tenants perfectly and always reports back to ensure everyone is happy with the outcome. Sam has recently dealt with a fencing problem at one property and kept me updated daily by both ‘phone and email and will continue to do so until the matter is satisfactorily resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beresfords as a letting agent. Great service thank you Sam and Beresfords!

Samantha is our got to at Beresfords for anything with our tenancy and she has recently been an absolute star. Our washing machine broke and within a day of reporting it she had got an engineer booked in to visit and then when it ended up needing to be replaced she spoke to the landlord and got it approved and booked in, again in only a day. All this while there had been a storm and I imagine she was inundated with other tenants repairs and problems. At the same time we were also enquiring about amending our tenancy and she was handling this quickly and efficiently in a separate email thread. She’s always quick to reply and will find an answer for us as soon as she can. We really appreciate her efficient, speedy, and friendly service.

Rylie has been a great ambassador for Beresfords - pulling out the stops to secure me a new tenant. It wasn’t easy as we had a couple of false starts, both due to tenants changing their minds and in one case just simply not answering messages to chase progress. But finally Rylie found a family who loved my old home. She has been super efficient, helpful and supportive. When we met in person she was the model of a letting agent professional. New tenants due to sign contract in 2 days time - thanks to Rylie.

We have been with Beresfords for 5 years renting a managed property. Over the last few years Samantha Robinson has been our property manager and she has been fantastic. We have had a a few issues with appliances and lights and she has sorted every single one of them. She deals with everything quickly and efficiently and keeps you updated with the progress of them all. She also helped massively when we wanted to make a change to our contract. What can I say about Sam, she is absolutely amazing. Sam goes out of her way to resolve issues and ensures tenants are happy. Any maintenance issues I have reported have been resolved with the greatest of efficiency and speed. Sam ensures everything is resolved smoothly between landlord and tenant. I really value Sam in her role and being able to call her with an issue. She is incredibly patient, kind and diplomatic. Sam recently went out of her way to assist me with a prolonged maintenance issue, she checked in daily on progress and to make sure I as the tenant was ok and provided advice and listened. Sam is a complete asset to Beresfords and we'd be lost without her.

Excellent property management team and personal experience with Kate Haywood

Was a tenant in a property managed by Beresfords for the last 4 years plus. Property management team always excellent and sorted out any maintenance issues promptly. However have to give special kudos to Kate Haywood, the ever patient inventory clerk who performed our regular inspections and also our checkout admirably. I think it's easy to discount their role especially since they tend to be bearers of bad news but Kate was always helpful and gave us constructive advice whenever she could. Definitely made the moving out process less stressful!
