GoogleWe are moving to Essex from Norfolk and called into Braintree, A great young lady called Leanne helped us. She was so efficient and helpful giving us lots of ideas on properties to suit our family and budget. A great asset to this branch. Thank you Leanne for all your help. If our moves comes off we will definitely be using you. Maria

GoogleWe opted for Bairstow Eves Braintree originally owing to their persistence in pursuing us to sell our house. We took it as a good omen that they worked so hard to get our business. We had a few quibbles about communication early on, but these were resolved and we received a helpful and courteous service throughout from all the staff in the office. We were impressed that they took the trouble to learn about our property and always conducted tours on our behalf. Looking forward to a successful move into our new home.

GoogleI have lived outside the UK for the past 13 years. I placed a retirement flat for rent with this office, and from the moment of contacting the team at Braintree they have handled the process with absolute professionalism and found a suitable tenant far quicker than I thought possible. All communication has been handled via email with without a hitch. If only living in Spain could be so straight forward. All in all a good experience.

GoogleAs a multi-landlord I have used multiple agents over the years however I feel the service delivered from Bairstow eves lettings to be the most professional and efficent of all agents I have used. From the first initial meeting, up to my tenant moving in, I was kept updated throughout the process and the whole process was hassle free. Would recommend to all landlords to use them.

GoogleI recently inquired to Bairstow Eves regarding renting a property. My experience with the company was a pleasant one due to the help offered by members of their team; in particular the help of Jess when visiting the Braintree branch. I'm hopeful they will be able to find a property for me.
