GoogleGreat experience letting as well as selling. We let out our Mum’s house for 18 months before selling it and it was a smooth experience for both. Particular credit goes to Lee who was our go to person when dealing with Lifestyle. Will definitely use and recommend again.

GoogleLife-Style is one of the most impressive estate agents I have encountered. Their communication is prompt, their punctuality reliable, and their knowledge of the current property market comprehensive. I especially like their walking/talking videos, which are done with such enthusiasm and honesty, pointing out the highlights of your property to prospective buyers. All other agents I have come across use the same photos in their brochures, set to thirty seconds of lift music without informing you of anything new. This is a missed opportunity to draw potential buyers into your property. Life-Style’s rates are very competitive, and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

GoogleWe used Lifestyle for the sale of our property. We dealt with James and Cilla. I cannot recommend them enough. We had a few set backs, mostly due to Covid, but they always kept in touch and updated us with the situation. They (Cilla in particular) were always on hand with any queries and helped with encouraging the rest of the chain to complete in a timely manner. GoogleJames and Cilla provided an excellent service throughout the sales process. They were easy to get hold of, clearly proactive and on top of the process. Initially James gave us helpful guidance with regard to how best to sell the property and also suggested a good valuation which turned out to be accurate. The property was sold quickly and Cilla provided great support as we navigated our way through the legal process. We would happily use LifeStyle again.

GoogleHaving to sign up a new letting agreement for new letting today I was comparing our options with local estate agents and online service provider. Many things have changed with all the letting agents and similar service provider as well as with Lifestyle Letting. Notable improvement with Lifestyle evaluating to past service explicitly is email communication, rent guarantee, online letting contract, holding tenants deposit, offering very competitive rate has made it much easy and better choice to continue for us. Working with Lifestyle is a great experience from start to finish. They clearly have good knowledge of the local area, recognised by major local employers and national relocating agents. In 18 years of letting service between 3 property we had six weeks without occupant Lifestyle Letting get our 98% approval. Remaining 2% is to improve on feedback after each viewing for us to update records for future property improvement. Viewing agents must repeat ten times during viewing to potential occupier the benefits of all-inclusive rent by listing amount of rent, plus rates, plus utility bills to demonstrate difference between other selections We have been using Lifestyle Letting service for past 18 years and unquestionably continue using them. Happily, without any hesitation will recommend to our friends and family. Our satisfaction is due to absolute dedication provided by long serving and amazingly professional very experience leader Derek, Nicola and the lifestyle team. Navin & Soomitra Manekporia

GoogleUsed Lifestyle as a letting agent for 5 years until I sold the property. Very professional and helped me tremendously as a novice landlord. Great service from Derek and Marcus. I also sold the property with them. Very competitive and achieved a quick agreed sale. Unfortunately solicitors weren't quite so on the ball, so took longer than expected to go through. Fortunately Cilla at Lifestyle was 'on the ball' and pushed them on my behalf. Don't think you'd get the same service with an Internet agent. Would strongly recommend them whether your selling or looking to let.

GoogleI have never been so impressed with service levels and the way a company handles their customers! Right from the start when I was looking to let, Louis (a lettings agent) was very attentive and quick to book in a viewing, in a time that I was available. After that he was great in showing us around the property, and clearly had good knowledge of the local area! (This was important to us as I am new to Bristol) Louis was very helpful helpful start to finish with finding me a suitable house to rent! Since being in the property the only fault is the oven broke, but in the same day the maintenance team were out and had it repaired. I can’t thank lifestyle enough for making renting a house such an easy experience!

GoogleReally bad at service these days. They used to be very good in dealing with tenants and landlords both. They have gone completely unprofessional in siphoning money from landlord during tenancy by showing small issues as big by collaborating with their greedy substandard contractors. At the end of tenancy they create a report in such a way that landlords feel their house is ruined in just last two months as it would not be in their regular inspection. End of tenancy is also an opportunity for them to meet their earning targets again by collaborating with their substandard contractors to do another substandard work so that they can again blame tenants and extort money from landlords. Not sure why they are doing this to so many people I have had a chat. They used to be local, professional and very good. But now they have gone shamelessly greedy.

GoogleI wanted to share my recent experience with Life Style and advise caution when renting a property through them. My experience has been quite disappointing. Firstly, I highly recommend taking detailed photos of every corner of the property and including them in your check-in report. This precaution is essential because any pre-existing issues could be unfairly charged to you at the end of your tenancy. Additionally, make sure to report each and every issues and ensure they fix it. For example, Life Style want £770 for end-of-tenancy cleaning of a 2 BHK apartment, which had already been cleaned once. This amount is exorbitantly high compared to the market rate. Their charges for various services are significantly inflated and the charges are roughly 300% higher than the actual market value. Therefore, I strongly recommend being vigilant and documenting everything to avoid such inflated costs at the end of your tenancy and loose your deposit.
Mr Michael, We do not feel your review offers a true reflection and we too would like to highlight this. When a tenant(s) cause a number of costly damages to a property that go alongside a large and significant cleaning operation (not general cleaning), full carpet cleaning, decorative damages from their own tenancy that exceed a deposit held value by a considerable distance a landlord will undoubtedly look to recover these costs. All Items that are under your tenancy. Fortunately for yourself, the landlord accepted the deposit amount which was significantly less than costs to fully rectify to settle matters swiftly, of which you duly accepted without opposition.

I have continued with them for all these years simply because they deliver exactly the kind of service a tenant or a landlord would expect from an estate agent. Their service is also very responsive and timely. They put the client first and their long term experience within this sector gives them the edge for problem solving. They have good communication skills and are very organised in every aspect of their service. Complaints from my tenants are very rare. The round the clock service they provide for my tenants helps build confidence in them.

Cilla, James and the team maintained the links between us and the seller's executors over a long haul while we tried to sell our property. They were reassuring and helpful throughout. When we finally exchanged, Reece organised a cleaner - Niko - to do a thorough clean of the house (which had been empty for a year). When we got the keys at last, it was a pleasure to walk in to a spotless space which smelled fresh and clean. Would thoroughly recommend!
