GoogleI have used Life Style for letting and managing my 3 bed house and eventually selling it for me. They are very professional and efficient with the personal touch. I would recommend them for Letting or Buying/Selling properties. They were very quick to get people through the door for both . They keep constant communication by email and phone, so I knew what was happening. I would recommend James and his team.

Big shout out to Cilla and James at lifestyle estate agents Bradley stoke 422 days ago, we put our house on the market. Several estate agents' chains and independent agents were invited to quote. Out of the 4 quotes we had Lifestyle was in line with our thoughts of valuation two others were very close and one so far off our expectations and other valuations it was unreal, along also with the value of similar properties on the market at that time and recent property sales of similar property. We accepted an offer after 6 days lifestyle pushed our property for viewings and had 12 set up in a couple of days.

The staff at LifeStyle (Cilla and James) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and were in regular contact with us from arranging viewings to providing updates afterwards. Their knowledge of the market resulted in offers that were in the range they had recommended. They took a genuine interest in the sale of our property and the personal touch was really appreciated. GoogleProperty 2 sold We sold another property with Lifestyle today. The whole experience was above and beyond. Before we were even ready to list James visited and gave us advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell and the values that Lifestyle would hope to achieve with the different options. We followed the advice and the property was snapped up with multiple viewings and offers. Even after the offer was accepted James and Cilla have continued to be immensly helpful and it is great to work with such professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. Thanks again James and Cilla. Property 1 sold Sold a property with Lifestyle today. They have been really friendly and efficient throughout. The fees were very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and would use again. Chris totally understands our needs as a landlord and was quick and efficient at finding us our ideal tenant. Gari was fab at replying to emails straight away and keeping the move in on track. We chose LifeStyle to manage the sale of our leasehold property in Bristol. At every stage, LifeStyle have been attentive, proactive in their action, responsive to requests and supportive through the challenges we faced. It made a huge difference to us to know that we could rely on Cilla, James and the sales team to have our best interests in mind and to do whatever they could to help whenever it was needed. In our case, the sale, which took a total of 6 months, was fraught with issues caused by the management company (FirstPort) compounded by mediocre support from both sets of solicitors. After having found a buyer very quickly, LifeStyle made sure that the buyer was given the best advice and they made sure that they didn’t lose their interest in the property throughout the delays that we faced. As sellers during a quiet sales period, not losing the sale was extremely important and LifeStyle supported us (and the buyer) superbly. When we were facing issues with the buyer’s solicitors, LifeStyle were proactive in making sure that we got the best and most responsive support that we could, using their familiarity with the solicitors to ensure that they understood the impact that delay would cause. Google16 years ago l first went to lifestyle to start our serch to buy our home in Bradley Stoke . The expert service and advice we received from all the team at life syle was excellent. So much so when we came to resell our house we could think of no one other then lifestyle to sell our house for us. From James comeing round to value our home to the excellent video of our house. we were kept up to date after every viewing as to what the buyers said about our home. And once we sold our home with the help of life style. Cilla kept all of us up to date on the legal paperwork . And delt with the solicitors for the party bying our home, and also our own solicitors. Thanks to Cilla's excellent handleing of things the sale went through very smoothly. l can't recommend lifestyle highly enough 100% perfection from start to finish.

GoogleAlex showed us over the property the first time and we were very keen but unable to proceed until we sold our house. The very informative video on the website certainly helped us make our choice. When we were at last able to make a formal offer, Alex showed us over the property again and was genuinely pleased for us that we were able to go ahead. We've found everyone at Lifestyle to be very helpful thus far. Here we are 6 months later and finally in the property. Cilla and James were really helpful throughout the long haul while we sold our previous property, maintaining links between us and the seller's executors. After exchanging contacts, Reece organised for cleaner Niko to go in and thoroughly clean the house (which had been empty for a year). It was a pleasure to open the door into our spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling new home.

We stayed in an apartment managed by Lifestyle in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, from 2018 to 2024, and had an excellent experience. Lifestyle consistently provided great service, handling maintenance requests promptly, conducting timely inspections, and always giving advance notice for anything required. When we moved out to our own home, the exit process was smooth, with the deposit reimbursed promptly. Lifestyle was very cooperative throughout the entire process.

GoogleHello There my name is Abdul. I have recently purchased my first property. A flat in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. At the beginning I very anxious and had a lot of questions. I was not getting a proper response from the big wigs in the property sale and purchase business. It was then that I came across Life Style Property via an advert for the sale of a flat (the one I bought eventually). The first impression was excellent, it was a Saturday and I was in Bristol, I called their office (not expecting it to be open) to check if they can arrange a viewing. To my surprise, they arranged it within 15 minutes (really quick, that too on a Saturday). It was so quick that the price was negotiated and agreed on the very day. The sale of that flat was handled by James Gingell and Cila. Very helpful and professional people. I must give specific thanks to James for helping me all through the journey. He not only solved many issues for me but also negotiated a great deal for me on the price of the property. Also secured some furniture and white goods for very very low prices.
