Hi Layek, thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience with us. I can see from the system that you have previously applied for one of our properties but unfortunately the landlord then chose to sell this without warning. We then offered you another property in the development but you chose to cancel the application after our negotiator was delayed to an appointment due to traffic. We appreciate the inconvenience this caused for you and I can see that the holding fee was refunded to yourself on the 25th March upon the cancelling of your application.
