GoogleI made enquary for renting a property, so they booked me virtual viewing and never sent me the videos, they keep responding me that they will send it to me everyday. So unprofessional from their side. Better to tell me they don't want to rent us a property. I do not recommend them at all and I will avoid renting any property from them.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMisleading, I informed them of adverse credit. Was told I would need a guarentour. I was told by Emma if I put a holding deposit on a property and it was declined, I would be refunded. Shellie has now informed me very rudely and abrupt that I wont be getting a refund as I have adverse credit. Totally ripped me off. Be very aware of these. Scammers. Ignore you're phone calls.

GoogleThey helped me to get the exact type of property I was looking for. Great bunch of people, friendly and informative. I recommend using them if youβre looking for a property in Yorkshire. I believe they have other branches in the north.

Even when things weren't going quite to plan he rest assured us both that there were alternate options and gave us guidance and advice throughout the process. GoogleWorst Lettings agent, I have dealt with. They are not cooperative at all. We had 15 units under their management and all my experience with them was just poor. Would definitely not recommend. There are different choices in the market.
