Initially somewhat dubious of the role of estate agents in the modern house buying process, my faith was restored with the hard work that Hass, Dahana and the Locate team put in to manage the viewing process, keep buyer interest and ultimately obtain a sale in a difficult market. I was kept informed of progress and as we neared exchange and completion, the team were proactive in chasing down last minute questions to keep the agree timeline on track.

They are professional, friendly, responsive and focused on customer/client experience. Their service is good value for money and always market informed. In addition, Locate is working with responsible landlords who have similar values and codes of practice to theirs and manage properties of high standards.
Locate's mission is to keep their customers/clients happy and this is what it gives them the competitive edge.

GoogleThese guys are a bunch of crooks, they will find a way to not to refund your deposit. They woulnd even let you know about it until the limited time to dispute it is over. They will allow the landlord to trespass on your rented property. Let the landlord do repairs just before you hand over the keys and then take pictures of it saying you broke their property. Charged £200 for a broken hinge of a old cupboard door. At that price they can get a new one or a very good 2nd hand and have it fitted. DONT RENT FROM THEM

Any repairs were done promptly and proficiently, and the contractors were always courteous and professional. All deposits were returned in full after inspection of the property. Dear Sir, we are surprised at your comment since we do not recognize you as tenant client of ours whether this be of current or recent past. Our procedures and charges are clearly set out upon application and they are entirely competitive and normal within the current Lettings Marketplace. Prior to the end of a fixed term tenancy, normally two months, it is clearly within a landlord's right to initiate a rent review which a tenant is free to accept / reject or negotiate through dialogue. Our flat was rented out by Locat Agency in a very good condition, to somebody who they recommended to us and after three years we got our property in a miserable condition without any appliances without window handles, a horrible bathroom and toilet (broken tiles and bathroom panel and lock and broken windows all under Locate supervision.
