GoogleBest estate agency we've ever dealt with. Bentleys gave excellent all-round service while selling my parents' house. All staff were friendly and courteous; they kept us well-informed about the progress of the sale, and Aidan in particular went out of his way to help us to handle the practicalities of selling a house at a distance.

Where do I begin with this sly estate agent?
Danielle, we are very disappointed to read this negative review and that you feel we have acted anything other than professional and in our client’s best interests. The points which you raise are factually incorrect, and we would be more than happy to discuss these with you in more detail. In response to your concerns a) It is not common practice to accompany a valuer to a property. Surveyors are instructed to work on behalf of the bank’s interests, and any influence from an agent would be highly unprofessional. b) After two down valuations and waiting nearly three weeks for a third valuation still to be arranged, our clients took the decision to re market the property. It was neither our client’s, nor our intention, to see you in a difficult position. Our clients needed to do what was best for their own situation. You were kept fully informed of the remarketing and the reasons behind it.
