GoogleExtortionate 14% commission for landlords. My property was vacant three months before I found another.
Hi Steve, 14% inclusive of VAT (11.67% plus VAT) is a competitive rate for a fully managed service which we would always recommend to an out of the area landlord. We don't shy away from our fees, they are fully transparent on our website. For everyone else's reference, we haven't had this property marketed since January 2020 and due to this nearly being 3 years ago we needed to re-complete customer due diligence and all necessary compliance checks. As you can see this is not just a put the property on the web but a thorough process from start to finish which comes at a cost for paid for services and time spent.
