Dinsdales have managed 2 properties owned by myself and my partner for approx 18 months after having had a bad experience of managing the properties independently. Dinsdales Estates relieved the pressures for us which included managing the tenancies, ensuring annual landlord checks are completed within timescale and demonstrating their professional commitment and also managing the sale of both properties in a professional manner. We have had a very positive experience whilst they have been involved with us. All the staff are very professional, supportive and give attention to detail within their role within the company. Sam, Angie Yvonne and Nicky have gone the extra mile in ensuring that everything goes smoothly to reduce the stress of renting properties. I would highly recommend Dinsdales Estates as a property management option and as an estate agent being the representatives in house sales. I cannot think of any negative aspects of the service provision as all the staff have provided a very professional and committed service from start to finish which has also included providing contractors to complete the required repairs and maintenance of the properties efficiently when required. The services they provide is second to none and all at a reasonable affordable cost.

The friendly and professional team at Dinsdales give first class customer service every time and they always go above and beyond their role. Having moved into a nursing home, my mother’s flat needed to be sold but I live in Australia. I thought this might be a tricky task but Dinsdales have made things so easy for me and they keep me regularly updated as the sale progresses. They also send my mother’s mail to me so that I can pay any outstanding bills for her. They are amazing! Can’t thank them enough for all their help and support.

Absolutely brilliant Estate Agents. Having rented privately for a number of years I am amazed by the efficient professional and thorough manner in which my let was managed. The family run business has such a caring and supportive manner nothing is too much trouble. I can already feel a difference in the service I am receiving.
