Angela from Biscayne Properties has absolutely been fantastic and very supportive when we had to deal with a developer who was in breach of his own contract and made our life very difficult. Angela was a great help in dealing with this developer and we couldn't have done this without her. She inspected our property into detail, was on top of everything and had a tenant already waiting to move in.

GoogleNEVER RENT FROM THIS ESTATE AGENTS !!! LANDLORD IS MORE BOTHERED WHAT THE OUTISDE LOOKS LIKE THAN THE STATE OF THE REPAIRS THAT NEED DOING INSIDE TOLD NEUMEROUS TIMES IT NEEDS SORTING NOTHING IS EVER DONE!!! AND WE WILL BE CONTACTING ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH BECAUSE THE KITCHEN IS NO LONGER IN USE DUE TO SEVERE MOULD THAT HAS BEEN IGNORED FOR THE 6 YEARS !!!!! POOR POOR COMPANY AND I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGUARDING THIS !!!

GoogleWe couldn't be more grateful with Biscayne Properties, specially with Stacy and Russell. Here it goes our review... We wanted to rent a 2 bedroom furbished flat, but we wanted one bedroom without a bed, so we could easily fix a desk. I called all letting agencies in Bradford (6 weeks before the move-in date) and Biscayne were the ONLY ONES to help us finding a flat with the conditions above. As soon as I contacted them, they were super professionals, respectful and kind. Russell sent us 3 videos of flats that suited our enquiries. He gave us some time to think about them and even got us a view with all precautions taking, considering COVID-19 (he let us go to the apartment, which was left open for us to check, so no contact was ever made). Russell kindly answered all of our questions (and we had a very few!!!) and made sure that we understood everything. Once we viewed the flat, we paid the reservation fee and started to email Stacy about general enquiries and a reference fee that OTHER letting agency asked us to pay. Stacy very kindly guided us and made sure that in order to pay to the other agency, we had the correct documentation. A week priorly our move in date, Stacy has made sure that we are happy about everything and has answered all of our enquiries very promptly. We have been making contact via e-mails, but they were surprisingly quick. The process has been smooth and good. Again, professionalism from this company is ASTONISHING. May I have this opportunity to give advice to people who is looking for a new flat in Bradford: please, please, PLEASE!!!! rent with Biscayne Properties. Customer services is awesome, even now that COVID 19 is making our lives very difficult. They have flats that are very beautiful and prices are normal for the areas they are in. We couldn't be happier!!!!!!!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleViewed over 3 flats with them In the same building on different occasions and then rejected them but Biscayne never gave up on me and made sure to help me find the perfect flat In the same building as I've always wanted to move there. Ever so patient and fullfilled my every requirement. Easy application process and lovely staff, always happy to help.

GoogleThey gave us the green light to move in, and after that discovering that the furniture is missing for 3 bedrooms and i kept contacting biscayne properties office for more than a month every single day a new excuse and saying that the furniture company is not answering a very poor service from biscayne properties-Bradford. The school apartments.
Thank you for you're review and we are very sorry for the delay you are experiencing in regards to your 2 wardrobes, however as you are aware this is not in our control, we have been chasing each day to get this situation resolved quickly for you. We have today had confirmation from the owner that the wardrobes will be delivered before Friday. Again we are very sorry and please rest assured we have been working to get this matter resolved, but once again it was out of our hands, but hopefully it has now been resolved. Thank you.
