GoogleShocking estate agent, quick to phone you when it suits them but when you call them to make an enquiry they either palm you off, or are out of office and never return your calls when you leave a message. Shambles of an estate agent.

GoogleBe careful when taking rented properties with this company. They don’t take before and after photographs and helps the landlords to claim your deposit without any proper evidence. The property I signed for had major damp issues which the land loads or Kingston never took action. I was off sick from work and had to repaint the walls and now they’re trying to claim my deposit for paintwork, to clean garden which I never used (garden is shared for 3 properties) complete Joke these people. Im hoping DPS will help me to get my Desposit back.

Being restricted to over 55s and located in a complex of houses and flats owned by retired people and located close to a care home, the catchment for potential buyers was inevitably narrow. In addition, the period of time was greatly influenced by the conditions of a Coronavirus national Lockdown. Nevertheless, with patience and perseverance - coupled with keeping the vendor 'pacified' - they recognised the 'ideal fit' relating to a particular enquiry, which eventually led to a successful sale of the property within some nine months. From seeing the property to completion, they kept us involved and in the loop. They provided advice on how to move the purchase along to meet our end of June deadline. This meant we saved £10,000 in stamp duty, something we would not have achieved without the help of Kingston's. All in all, I cannot recommend them firmly enough. If you're looking the Bradford on Avon area, Kingston's will deliver.

GoogleA very traumatic purchase and sale, with multiple difficulties selling a 1750 built house . This was built over an existing house with different overlaping boundaries. Needless to say the solicitors had a field day !!! The purchase was of a retirement apartment owned by a housing association,( one of 2 being part of a McarthyStone retirement complex of 40 apartments ). Consequently 2 solicitors, one for the housing association and one for Mc. etc.. Once again solicitors having a field day. Through all this Ben of Kingstones , ploughed his way to help me, with eventual success and I thank him very much. I would have given 5 stars if the difficulties with a next door neighbour purchase had been easier.

I don’t think we would have made our exchange and completion targets if Ben at Kingston’s hadn’t been so rapid in dealing with issues with the purchase. Moving house is stressful enough, and buying through Kingston’s removed a layer of extra stress as we neared completion. A highly recommended professional and friendly service.

GoogleThe team at Kingston's Bradford-on-Avon provided us with an exemplary service that was honest, personal and effective. Our house sale was a particularly turbulent one due to a number of changes in our personal lives and Ben and Philip remained patient and incredibly professional throughout. By the end they we had put our house on the market three separate times and within a week (all three times) they had succeeded in landing us an offer. Our experience with Kingston's has lead us to believe they are the gold standard in Estate Agents and we wouldn't hesitate to heartily recommend them. We have a deep and genuine gratitude for their sustained help through a personally difficult period of our lives.
