Rob and the team have been great. We were never quite sure when\if we'd move and Rob kept in touch across the years (patiently) sharing market updates and ensuring that when we did find the right house to move to (we have very specific requirements) we had all the knowledge we needed to move quickly to market and sell our house. Despite our vendor wanting us to use their agent I had no hesitation in stipulating we'd use Rob and the team. The relationship and trust is critical. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Rob and Cameron and the team at Sears.

What really sold Sears to us was how friendly and professional they were. We worked with Robert Franklin to set the sale of our property up, and we loved his honesty and clear deep knowledge of property in the local area specifically. Cameron Wakefield did viewings for us, and again I was really impressed by his professionalism and friendly and polite manner. All in all a really lovely team to deal with, and have made a stressful process (buying and selling houses!) more smooth and pleasant.

She answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I asked her to explain things multiple times. Property management is a thankless task with a good property manager worth their weight in gold and Amy Depledge is a good property manager who I thank on a regular basis. Amy is attentive and works efficiently with any issues that I have on my properties from maintenance to detailed property inspections and always recommends the way forward which is money saving for me but also maintains the property. I would 100% recommend Amy, Amanda and all of Sears team to any landlord that wants a personal service.

We've recently moved into Bracknell and Sears has been fantastic from the beginning. The journey started with Andrew Linfoot showing us around and out of about 15 properties and agents that we've seen in the course of a couple of months, he has been the most knowledgeable and calm agent, not pushy at all. Some people get nervous after they agree a contract, because that's where the 'fun' starts. I'm very happy to say that Amy Depledge has been literally the fastest person to answer any email we've sent and it was always with the best attitude you could ask for. Always wearing a smile and trying to help, she has been looking after us for about two months now and it has been simply great, going above and beyond. Couldn't be happier than this. Highly recommended if you're looking for an estate agency you can trust.

We needed to place our property in the market very quickly and get it sold asap. And Daniel was very efficient and super fast to organise this within a few days. I just wanted to share how pleased we have been with the team at sears. We were slightly apprehensive with some of the facebook reviews about the previous team that worked there but are so glad we went with our gut and made the decision to sell with them. Really couldn’t fault the service we received! There was no requirement to negotiate on fees as they came in at a really fair price and also checked in with us much quicker than some other local agents. They recommended we listed for a price higher than other estate agents and in the end we have an offer over asking and sold within only a few days!

Daniel R has been fantastic with us. Highly knowledgeable about Jennetts Park properties, extremely professional and exceptionally friendly and patient. We are first-time buyers and hands-down, Daniel R has been honest, helpful and reliable. We initially looked at a property a few months ago with him where he knew everything we asked. This time around, still extremely knowledgeable and answering what we asked with no hesitation unlike other estate agents. After one didn’t work out, he immediately got us a viewing in another property which he thought would suit us. He had extensive knowledge on the properties we viewed and was friendly throughout. He is patient with us and when we asked to view this recent property was more than willing to get us in and show us in a quick time frame. He’s not been pushy at all but making sure we knew all the options. Gave us realistic expectations and managed our experience by telling us everything then letting us view the property on our own then checking back in. He has been fantastic. The branch manager was also excellent, Thomas was at the branch allowing us to discuss our offer and making us aware of the situation that we are heading into. Overall, we are having a brilliant experience with Sears and Daniel R in particular. We are hoping to be able to buy our first house with them.
