GoogleKept our deposit after telling us we had failed a reference check, thorough phone calls to citizens advice and research into the tenants fees act 2019 will tell you this is illegal, sent multiple emails to them explaining this and telling them we want our money back, they just stopped replying.

GoogleThe initial stages of the house purchase were excellent. Always kept us informed and sent properties that met our criteria. While at the purchase phase, the client management was poor and communication had to be made directly between us and the seller to manage expectations. Post purchase, the manager did get in touch after concerns were raised and apologised for any inconveniences.

We didn’t know the area but Sam helped us find a the perfect property, a gorgeous cottage which was above and beyond what we expected to get for our budget.
