GoogleThe initial stages of the house purchase were excellent. Always kept us informed and sent properties that met our criteria. While at the purchase phase, the client management was poor and communication had to be made directly between us and the seller to manage expectations. Post purchase, the manager did get in touch after concerns were raised and apologised for any inconveniences.

GoogleWe thank you for Yasmin Tse's service that she leaded us to view a 4-bed rooms letting house. She detaily and patiently explained the property to us with a friendly and sincere manner. Hope we can have a continuous contact with her in future.

GoogleWe recently moved from London to Binfield. We didn’t know the area but Sam helped us find a the perfect property, a gorgeous cottage which was above and beyond what we expected to get for our budget. Sam and her colleagues have been very helpful and efficient plus they are nice people to deal with. I have no problem recommending them

GoogleExceptional service with polite, diligent, and very efficient staff. Having rented with lots of different companies in the past, I am happy to say that Sears is definitely one of the best and most organised I've used. The initial admin fees are slightly expensive, but worth it for the level of service you receive. Highly recommended!

GoogleExcellent local property agent! I've been dealing with Sears for the last 6 months with the sale of a matrimonial home following a split. Not only do they have exceptional local knowledge but have been very empathetic of an extremely challenging situation. Wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending Sears, great family orientated business with a personal touch.
