Have been into my property twice without asking. I requested an email confirmation but letters supposedly sent - all a bit fishy. Although I rent here for work I own several properties so see both sides. As an owner I’d suggest you find a better agent for your properties as they don’t treat people well.

We employed Leaders to find us a tenant. We would then manage the tenancy ourselves. Leaders provided a very personal service and took the responsibility of running the various checks necessary for prospective tenants.Within six weeks we had a tenant in situ. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone in our situation.

Service can be a bit hit and miss with these guys but in general matters get seen to, after numerous phone calls and emails. Response times can be a bit slow and sometimes a stern reply to their dismissive emails will get you somewhere. Regrettably I can't say I will recommend them to anyone I'm afraid.
