I have had my house with Leaders since the beginning after my previous agent went into receivership after not passing on a few months rent. Leaders were a great choice. The Cirencester branch were professional throughout. Excellent communication, friendly staff and true to their word in doing what they say. Streamlining of processes using online facilities and third party referrals proved very useful and convenient for working tenants with little spare time. Overall, my experience was that there is very little to improve and I would recommend without hesitation.
