All the staff in both departments are a pleasure to work with, with particular commendation going to Jessica Schofield in Lettings and Lucy Morrison and Judy Henly in Sales. We were very happy with the service we got from Duncan Yeardley. They sold our property before it even got on Rightmove, and then when those buyers ended up pulling out (no fault at all of DY) they managed the whole thing very well and had already lined up new buyers by the time we were fully aware of the situation! The sale then went pretty smoothly and along the way they were always friendly, communicative, and helpful, never pushy - overall a much more positive experience than we've had with other estate agents. We would definitely recommend them!

Please convey my thanks to your staff regarding the re-letting of my flat in Bracknell to a new tenant. I have been very impressed with the highly-professional manner in which the process was carried out, especially with the quality of the advice given.
