Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick’s sister, and Charlotte, Nick’s wife at the helm. A real family affair! From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. And, we’re not stopping there. In 2021 we expanded and now have an office in Ascot to help even more people with their home moves. We can strongly say our foundation for being local experts is solid. We’re local residents who play an active part in the community and our children go to local schools. Several long-standing team members have been part of our story for many years and we always encourage progression, development and training so our people are the best they can be. With our great culture and work ethic, we always put our customers at the heart of what we do. We’re lucky to have people who are genuinely passionate about property, and we’re often complimented for going the extra mile. We hope to do that for you too!

I have never experienced an estate agent like Duncan Yeardley. We purchased our house through them in 2019 and they were excellent, so we decided to sell with them in 2024. We had 2 offers at and above asking price before the property even went to market. After the sale fell through 4 weeks later (no fault of DY), we had re-sold within 24 hours and the chain was back up and running. I will never hesitate to recommend Judy, Anastasia and the rest of the Duncan Yeardley team who went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

GoogleI can't explain just how incredible Gina and the rest of the team at Duncan Yeardley were. Gina was our 'go-to' person, coordinating everyone to make our move happen, but she ended up being our guardian angel!! She's absolutely professional while being incredibly approachable and friendly (a rare combination) and is completely on the ball and driven to get the job done. I felt so safe and confident knowing Gina was behind us, I've no doubt the fact that we completed on time and it went so smoothly was down to her. Our sellers' solicitors were dragging their heels and holding things up and she basically got them to cooperate. We can't thank her enough for this. From the initial viewing to signing the tenancy agreement, Pamela & Jessica finalised this in 6 working days! The short turnaround time & 6 month break clause were both particularly important factors to me due to my circumstances, Pamela & Jessica delivered on both these points. GoogleIn the housing market, it's fairly obvious that agencies don't care about letting properties. I found that with Duncan Yeardly, that isn't the case. Aisha specifically, and the letting team at Bracknell were very responsive, professional and showed great consideration with my recent property search. I was always through to a member of the team when calling, which is always a struggle with any agency. In addition to this, they were open and honest with all the questions I asked. GoogleI have now bought and sold a property through Duncan Yeardley, and the reason I used them for my recent sale was purely down to the great service I had received previously. Viewings were done professionally and respectfully, and I was updated at all times. Many estate agents will lose interest once an offer has been accepted, but the attention that the team provided while the sale progressed through to exchange and completion really was what sets them apart. Gina, their Sales Progressor, single handedly kept the chain together through testing times with lockdown combined with other issues that meant the transaction was far from straight forward. Without her none of us would have moved, and you won't know the value of this until you have been in a tricky chain! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know and wouldn't consider another estate agent should we ever move home again. Their fees are justified as they go above and beyond. Our buyers pulled out just before exchange, which is everyone's worst nightmare, but the amazing team at Duncan Yeardley turned this back around within 48 hours, ensuring we could continue with our move as originally planned. FacebookI would not hesitate to recommend the team at Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home, they are awesome. We had to return our property to the market after some issues and were very anxious about starting the process with another agent. After our first contact with Lucy and Keith, all concerns gone, they were reassuring and positive and got cracking in no time. The marketing material was superb, quickly produced and well researched. The viewings team of Judy, Alison and Callum were great, resulting in two offers within the first two weeks. The emails from Adele and Chantelle were much appreciated and kept us fully informed of progress. The whole team are friendly, supportive and professional, and it is clear this company has customer care front and centre of everything it does. Duncan Yeardley will take some of stress out of the process and moving, just a shame they don't have offices in the area we are moving to! Thanks all, you are a fantastic team.

She has been absolutely amazing and we couldn't have got through this incredibly stressful process without her! She has kept us up to date at every opportunity, going above and beyond to offer solutions to problems that were nothing to do with DY!
