FacebookI can’t recommend Avocado Property or Ian highly enough. Ian really understood how much selling and buying a home really means to a family and was honest and open with us throughout, no games or sales chat. Oh and he sold our house in two days! Smashed it. 👍🏼 🥑

GooglePay up front? I don't think so. There's no incentive for them after that.

Hi Ron, we don’t take any money upfront from anyone, for anything. We’re a proper estate agency. I’m not sure where you got that impression from but it’s entirely wrong. I’d love to have a chat with you to solve your misconceptions as we’re a small business working really hard for our clients, but we’ve never spoken to you and you’ve posted a negative review about us which is a very personal thing to do. I’d ask you to contact me for a chat, and remove your review as you aren’t a customer. Mike. Managing Partner 07878705520
