GoogleDan and Neil have both been professional, reliable and relatable through our whole selling process. After being left feeling deflated and literally no effort was put in at all by another estate agent, they regained our trust by actually doing what they said they would! They are so down to earth and easy to contact at any time, it really did make a huge difference and a lot less stress. Would definitely recommend using avocado to anyone needing to sell or buy. Thank you guys, good job 👏🏻PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleDoesn't respond to queries or requests for more information. Viewed a property - asked for more information whilst there in person, then followed up with an email, and then followed up with a call where I left a message. Nothing.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Facebook🥑🎉👏🏻 We reached out to Ian in January 2021 after having a very disappointing experience with a different property agent the previous year. Ian’s approach to his clients is nothing but 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ His warm and friendly nature fills you with the utmost confidence and so it should! He has years of professional experience behind him, is honest, truthful and helped us through every stage of the process in marketing our property. We couldn’t thank him enough for the awesome video he put together of our apartment. He set up viewings days after we went live and on the very first day of viewings we already had an offer!! We were in shock and so pleased!!! 😱🥳 If you’re looking to sell your property, please leave it in the very capable and trustworthy hands of Ian Macbeth and his Avocado 🥑 Property Family 🏠 - you won’t regret it!!!

FacebookI want to thank the Avocado team for making our house sale such a positive experience. From asking you to value our home on 8 September to the completion on 11 December the whole experience has been smooth and easy. The day when you first valued the house you told me you knew you had a buyer who’d “99% buy this house”. Two days later he and his wife went for a viewing and did place an offer. This saved us preparing the house for market, getting photographs and generally making it good to market. From then on you kept us informed on the progress. Chased solicitors in the chain to secure exchange of contracts and then completion despite Covid-19 restrictions and limitations. I’ve already recommended you to others and will continue to do so. The end to end personal touch that Avocado offers is a much welcome relief in a life event which can be quite stressful. Thank you.

GoogleI had a great experience with Avocado agency. Want to say a big thank you for Tristan. For family with three kids it was not easy to find a property and we spend 5 months going for viewings with different letting agencies. Just when we went for Avocado our dream came through in 10 days. From my own experience I would highly recommend this agency.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
