Avocado Property are just brilliant. From the initial conversation with Mike all the way through to completion and collecting the keys, Avocado Properties were quick to respond, very knowledgable and guided us through the whole process. We both bought and sold with them so experienced both sides, and cannot recommend them highly enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

As a first-time landlord, Mike was extremely helpful with letting me know everything I would need and making the process of finding a tenant extremely straightforward for me. Pooja has been an absolute star helping me get everything in order for the moving day, she's very responsive, organised gas engineers and electricians as needed, and answered any questions I had. I'm looking forward to working with Avocado from now on.

We have sold 2 houses in the last 10 months, both through Mike Robson @ Avocado. We would recommend him & Avocado to use for anyone else thinking of selling their property. We only dealt with Mike who was very knowlegeable & always available by phone, text & email.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Avocado properties is an amazing company who, do not just care, but they go the extra, not just 1 mile, but the extra 5 miles! I moved into one of their properties and the service has been incredible. Pooja, who I am dealing with, sets the standard on Customer Care and Customer Service! She is incredibly helpful, and demonstrates ownership. She is a problem-solver, very humble, and amazingly quick to respond. A rarely found talent!

Ricky has been absolutely fantastic during the selling of our current property and the onward purchase. He attends every viewing and is knowledgeable about the area. He negotiated the price for the onward purchase so made this step so much easier. He's friendly, down to earth and tells it as it is with no fluff. I would highly recommend Ricky. Thank you 😊

I used Neil from Avocado to sell my house, and there was literally nothing he wouldn't do to help us get it over the line. He was very honest, yet very confident which in turn gave us a lot of confidence. He did an open house for our property based in Shinfield, and literally he sold the house in 1 day. I was so impressed that I would 100% recommend anyone to use them. I have had experiences with big chains, however Avocado really do give a more personalised service and no ask was too big. If I ever need to use or recommend you again I will 100% will.

We recently sold a property from probate with the very knowledgeable team at Avocado Property. The property was put on the market on the Wednesday, viewings were held on Saturday and the sale was agreed by the following Wednesday. The sale price achieved was significantly above the asking price. The team worked well, both with our solicitor and the purchaser. We were totally satisfied with the process from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone getting involved in what is becoming a difficult property market, both for sellers and purchasers.

A really great and professional company, it’s so hard to find a decent estate agent. But Avocado Property are amazing, I use there fully managed letting service, and they really take care of things, find good tenants and are just really easy to deal with. The property manager i’ve had has always been on top of things too I previously had Victoria and now I have Pooja and both are really fab and take the pressure off me.

I tried to book viewing yesterday for one property which is 3 months on the market already and no interest was shown but the agent told me today that sorry this property was sold today ( under offer). It happens that I know the vendor's family personally and they didn' t accepted any offer in last two days ( in fact there was no offers in last two days) so that agent for surrey is not working for vendor's benefit. Watch out who you hire as estate agent.
