Avocado Property Bracknell reviews

After spending over a year dealing with various estate agents trying to find our dream home, we came across avocado property, with the lovely Ian and mike. From the beginning we found they understood exactly what we were looking for and the first property they found us we knew instantly was our home. We viewed it, put an offer in and moved in months later amidst the global pandemic! Everything went so smoothly dealing with Avocado property in comparison to other estate agents. We felt a huge sense of trust and comfort with the company and didnt find ourselves continually nagging to get responses and updates. Avocado Property really are the estate agents without the bulls**t.

I can’t speak highly enough of Tristan and the team at Avacado! From the moment I requested to view the property the service and communication has been first class, and every step in the process has been clear and seamless. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Tristan has been on hand immediately to answer any questions I had! Thank you for making my move such a pleasant one!

Absolutely delighted to have appointed Dan & Neil @ Avocado Property to sell my house. They sold my property within a couple of days well over the asking price but what made them so different was that Dan kept me informed at every stage of the legal process. Selling your house can be so stressful but Dan being so responsive made this process so much easier! Would highly recommend!

I can not thank Ian enough for his friendly, non pushy , professional and helpful service. Ian has dealt with our sale from the very start and has always been our main point of contact. We have been through 2 lockdowns, Ian has been on hand 24/7 to help with the smooth process of our sale. Moving can be daunting and stressful, Ian has helped ease that. Highly recommend team Avocado 🥑PositiveProfessionalism

Dan and Neil were incredibly helpful all the way through our buying process. It was hugely appreciated as we were first-time buyers. On-call at any time, and always happy to answer any questions we had, especially when our solicitors were being less than helpful. Great guys, and a pleasure to have bought from. Would recommend to all friends and family who are looking to buy or sell in the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

From the get-go, Ian was friendly, upfront and professional. The photos and video taken by Ian and produced by Avocado was clear and bright and showed off our house to its fullest. The house was sold within 6-8 weeks. Every viewing was orchestrated and carried out with Ian himself bringing potential buyers to the house. Would we go anywhere else in the future? Not a chance. Would we use Avocado again? Absolutely. 100% Recommended.

We moved last week. We bought our house through this company. The day before we moved issues came up that could have possibly delayed our move by weeks. Mike sprung into action and resolved every issue. This was all done out of normal working hours also. From start to finish our dealings with this company and indeed Mike were positive and professional. Made a normally stressful experience quite relaxing.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt Barrell at Avocado. He went above and beyond every step of the way from producing an excellent brochure and video, dealing with issues that cropped up, steering the transaction to completion and dealing with stuff afterwards too! We have been dealing with Mike from Avocado Property with our house sale. To say that there was some delay and drama along the way is an under statement, but Mike ploughed forward through the ups and downs. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we finally got our sale. Nothing was too much for him and I started to feel that he was like a personal friend as I know how much time and effort he put into our sale, way over and above what you would expect from another estate agent. He was the voice for us, with all of the solicitors, buyers, sellers, other estate agents in the chain and I couldn't fault him at all. Genuinely a lovely guy and a real hard worker. Couldn't thank him enough

10/10 why go anywhere else?! Honestly, cannot recommend Dan and Neil enough, our house was sold even before going on the market! 😊 They are both so approachable, friendly and really do have your best interests in mind. Their new way of working and chatting via WhatsApp made life so easy and the whole process less stressful. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Throughout the whole process, Dan was professional, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much too ask. Dan went above and beyond as our sale was not straight forward to contact all the relevant people to move the process forward. We can’t thank Dan enough and can’t recommend him and Avocado highly enough! We wouldn’t use anyone else!!

Fantastic from the beginning. Tristan was able to give me a complete breakdown of the tenant we could expect, timelines and rental price. He was also able to advise on several changes we needed to make which made the process simpler and less pressure further down the line Tenant found is amazing and exactly as suggested. 100% recommend

The service and work we have received from Sanjay Ellen has been phenomenal! We had an acceptable offer with the first viewing which was very new to us because we didn't have this experience before. Their marketing idea was outstanding too! So pleased to have working with these guys! Thank you for such smooth, easy and successful journey!

Selling our home with Mike has been a breath of fresh air compared to traditional High Street agents. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always quick to respond to my messages which were mostly outside of "normal working hours". It has truly been the least stressful house sale we've ever had, and it's all down to Mike. Thanks again for everything!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

What else can I say other than Chris Gray is an EXCEPTIONAL estate agent. He took all the stress away from what was a difficult move for us and worked tirelessly to make our dream home move come true. Can't thank him or recommend him enough!

I first met Georgina at a Ribbons Networking event and as I had recently lost my brother and needed to sell his flat I engaged Georgina and her colleague Sarah to manage the sale for me. I have to say, the level of professionalism, advice and most importantly communication was better than any I had experienced with previous property transactions. From house clearance recommendations to presentation tips right through to negotiations with multiple interested buyers I couldn't fault things. And to top it all I got more than the asking price. Highly recommended!
