TrustpilotDuplicitous, unethical and unprofessional
I am in the unfortunate and unenviable position of being a tenant, and am having to deal with the Bracknell branch. I can sadly confirm that certain individuals employed there are duplicitous, unethical and highly unprofessional (there are numerous instances of shameless dishonesty), which is arguably the worst kind of behaviour in terms of your peace of mind as a tenant. I would not recommend this organisation to my worst enemy!

I’ve had a consistently great experience with the property management team at Prospect.Most recently I have been working with Dani Smith to resolve an issue in the property following some remedial works.Dani showed a great deal of tenacity in helping me get hold of a lot of fiddly details from both the tenants and contractors. The communications have been quick, and straightforward and she’s made the issue much easier to deal with.

FacebookSo, if their slow response and lack of communication and compassion wasn't bad enough, when my purchase fell through and Matt said "it's frustrating for me to you know, I now don't get paid" They also didn't bother to tell anyone else. My solicitor continued to try doing some work, until I called to discuss my next move, they had NO IDEA the sale had fallen through! Can't even do that part of their job - let alone the next bit! I have now not had any follow up calls or heard ANYTHING back from them to see how I'm doing with my search. The least I expected was a phone call to find out what I was looking for and to be on their mailing list. But instead, despite phoning them to complain about this, I still have no returned phone calls! USELESS! AWFUL company! Stick to the big guys or doing the work yourself, don't deserve the money they are paid! I guess this is what happens when a company employ young men who don't give or have any idea about customer service!

During a very rocky period, made tougher by the October budget, we were lucky to have Virginia's skill and dedication. She was dogged in her pursuit to exchange of contracts. The chain became convoluted, but she was on top of matters every step of the way. Great to have Virginia's proactive approach. Thanks for getting us over the line.

They helped up find a new house and once we had an offer accepted, helped negotiate access to the property to bring our builder over before we moved in which was helpful
