I recently had a very disappointing…

I recently had a very disappointing experience with PROSPECT that I feel compelled to share. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM, which I arranged in advance and planned my day around. While I was already on my way, having travelled a considerable distance, I received a call at 3:00 PM informing me that the appointment had been cancelled. This last-minute notice was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time and effort. Such poor coordination and communication are unacceptable, especially from a property agent where reliability and professionalism are essential. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative agents who demonstrate better organisation and respect for their clients. Very disappointing service overall.

Trustworthy business partners

Prospect have managed several properties for me over the last 8 years and I feel they are a joint partner in my business. They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems at the properties and manage them efficiently and professionally. I can always speak to someone should I need to and Nancy, our dedicated property manager is just fantastic; capable and approachable and always at the end of the phone or email and ready with a solution when needed. I trust Prospect to make me aware of any legal requirements, especially with the new renters rights bill due imminently and also rely on the check in/ inspection/checkout reports they organise for us. When it's time to renew contracts, it's always a joy to speak to Stefano. He is friendly and efficient and I trust him to find us the most suitable tenants. A full turn key service that I couldn't manage without.

I would like to suggest to all the buyers, before using the state agent check the riview. Last year I was so upset because of this state agent mr Liam. At first he gave me quick appointment for viewing and the offer was accepted, mr Liam congratulated me that was my 1st home and as first time buyer. According to him I had done my and my partner ID check which was cost £85 , after that he venished, no response at all 🙂 after couple of weeks I could contact him hardly and he said the seller gave another party.
