I recently sold my home with Prospect Estate Agents Warfield, Bracknell. I highly recommend the Prospect to everyone . My client manager was Mr Reiss Simpson, who went above and beyond to sell my home and keep me updated at all times. His professional and dedicated approach to selling was exceptional. Reiss was a pleasure to deal with , his human touch and kindness has to be acknowledged as he rolled his sleeves up and went that extra mile to help lift my belongings after I had major surgery . A pure gent and I cannot recommend Prospect enough , the entire team for all their support and quick turn around with the sale. It took all stress away from the seller and they updated me regularly . I’ve had a really positive experience working with Nikki at Prospect. She has been consistently professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout our tenancy. Nikki handled our renewal smoothly, ensuring all documentation was clear and completed promptly, and was also very helpful in liaising with the landlord to negotiate a more manageable rent increase. Whenever we’ve had queries or maintenance issues, Nikki has always been quick to respond and proactive in progressing things, keeping us informed along the way. Overall, a great level of service and a genuinely helpful point of contact, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikki and Prospect.

Buying our apartment via Prospectus Estate Agent

The support provided by Prospectus Estate Agent, from the initial property viewing through to placing an offer and completion, was smooth and well-managed. At each stage, different members of the Prospectus team were involved, and the transitions between teams were seamless. Responses were prompt, follow-ups were timely, and the staff were consistently friendly. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process, which made the experience reassuring. However, the service from the conveyancer recommended by the estate agent was less efficient. Some enquiries went back and forth for several weeks, resulting in avoidable delays and a degree of frustration.

We were selling using a power of attorney so needed to get multiple quotes, we chose prospect because they seemed to not just professional but confident in selling the property. Unfortunately after selling the house the owner passed away so the sale had to be transferred to the company looking after the estate, Lloyds bank estate service. Lloyds were happy to accept the sale and instructed prospect to continue to completion.

Prospect have been my letting agency for the last 10 years and my lettings manage Nikki Gardner is second to none. Fully managed property management from Nikki Gardner at Prospect

Nikki Gardner has been my property manager for a number of years now providing a fully managed service for my two properties. She is very efficient in advising of any issues brought to her attention and arranging rectification works to be carried out which is perfect for my situation as I now live in Somerset following retirement. On the rare occasion Nikki is not around e mails are picked up by a colleague and responded to in a timely manner. All together a first class serivce and highly recommeded if you are thinking of letting property.

My partner & I had been on a property search for the best part of a year before we met June from Prospects in Warfield. She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home! June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted! My chain had a few moving parts and took a fair bit of time to come together, but Beth Murphy was brilliant throughout. Our chain sale process was complicated with months of waiting for the legal work to finish and vast documentations, but Ross, Akansha & their team were throughout the process of this long 5 months by constantly supporting and updating us with the development. Had the best experience from the start, from the property viewing to moving in. Nancy Suri MARLA is our property manager and has been professional throughout, answering all our questions clearly. The best experience I've had with selling

When I met with Michael I explained my situation of why I needed to sell my house in. short timeframe. Michael and Rebecca were fantastic and we managed to sell and complete within 3-4 months. I had a great experience working with the team at Prospect during my recent house purchase. Daniel Simmonds was fantastic early on, showing me the property before it even hit the market and facilitated questions between myself and the seller during the negotiation stage. Once my offer was accepted, Michael Sharp took over and provided excellent communication throughout the process. From a landlord viewpoint

As a landlord, managing a property remotely can be stressful. Thankfully with Nikki Gardner as the property manager I don't have to worry so much.
