Paul and Beth handled our house sale earlier this summer. They did a superb job, not just in us getting seven offers over the asking price but also in selecting the strongest offers and managing the many viewings over just two days. Their speed enabled us to secure the house we were after. They also pitched the asking price realistically to maximise offers and then enable higher final offers. Personal and professional. If like me you are weary of estate agents based on past experiences this team will change your perspective. Strongly recommend them.

We found a property in Warfield with Beth Murphy @ Prospect. From the moment we met her at the viewing, she went over and above to make it happen. It was a long chain and for weeks she was chasing everyone's solicitors through out the chain. She worked like a mission to complete the chain and kept me informed on a 'daily' basis. She put me in touch with an exceptional mortgage advisor and with very competitive and efficient solicitors and ensured there is no delay at their end. Unfortunately, we lost our own buyer so the chain broke however even since that she has stayed in touch and kept me apprised of the status on the property we were going to buy. Would highly recommend!

TrustpilotDishonest and Poor Property Manager - Bracknell
I am about to end my tenancy term after almost one year renting an apartment in Bracknell Forest. The premises is nice and the environment is wonderful. When I try to tell the property manager that I would leave the premises earlier and would like to end the tenancy. I am told that I would break the contract if I move out earlier, as per the break term of agreement with the landlord. After my thorough checking of the contract, there is no that term. And the property agent can never spot the term to me. I am just kept informed to bare the liability of the property until the end of tenancy. I am not asking to have money back though I have paid the whole year rental in upfront. More ridiculously, a professional cleaning term is added in the break term, which is totally new term on top of the original contract. Now I get an invoice of GPB850 approx. if I need to move out earlier. It sounds totally unreasonable and not acceptable.

A hard review to write. Prospects have levels of tenancy agreements with landlords which means they take no part other than marketing the property. This made them useless when asking for help with a bad landlord. They are to blame for misrepresenting the property, claiming things worked when they did not, and claiming the heating would be 30-40 pcm when it turned out to be closer to £200 pcm. In a proper relationship the agents would make sure the tenant had a fair deal; the agents here gave no real help and became aggressive when challenged. The property itself was poorly maintained. Al in all a most unpleasant experience; would never go back to these people.

As a tenant of Prospect for over 10yrs in 3 properties, and working the past years with Beckie Baxter, my property manager, I have found the process of renting, maintaining, repairing, renewing my tenancy totally seamless and stress -free. Not wanting to complain about previous managers, however, in Beckie's safe hands, feel I have nothing to worry about and that Prospect have my back covered (and my landlord’s too, which is equally important) 😊. The Agency have employed lots of people gor nothing . They dont have chance to sort it problem with profesional manner . They say something and do other thing. They dont follow the law for the renting out the Properties in unsuitable condition. They expect the people take the property after They just pretended was painted and cleaned with the professional and is look like 5 years old child done it. And most of things was broken in the property or not working order , When They rented out and asking the Security deposit 5 weeks plus 6 months rent advance . Shame full company . Dont try to rent with them exactly not before you properly checked state of property.
