Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.

Cameron was always on time for viewings and was always really helpful. I felt confident with prospects and they completed their side of the process as good as it could be. If we moved again I would definately use prospects again and hopefully Cameron.

I had a viewing with Charlotte Morgan She explained to me about the flat before going in and once we spoke she then gave me a tour around the flat and told me everything I needed to know. Really nice and friendly and very knowledgeable about the places she offers. I would highly recommend personally to others.

GoogleI definitely had the 5* experience with Prospect when selling our house. Paul Westmorland secured a cash buyer, at the full asking price, before the For Sale sign even went up. Beth Murphy and Virginia Ayres communicated well at all times and ensured the sale went through as quickly and efficiently as possible with as little stress for me as possible.
