Over many years I've had several managers to look after my property. By far the most professional and helpful is Lily Sines at Prospect. I cannot praise her highly enough. Lily is always 'on the ball', quick to respond, kind, looking to be positive and help with any issues. I would recommend Lily Sines at Prospect to any potential landlords.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our house we looked at different agents, and after Davina from Prospect came round we were convinced to go with Prospect. It was the right decision. She sold the house in 5 days. When looking for a house we went to different agents, but were not impressed. Paul Westmoreland at Prospect Warfield gave us some details of houses and June Hodgkinson took us round and understood what we wanted. We would not of bought the house without her.

GoogleReiss from Prospect was very professional and helpful in helping trying to find the right property for our Son to buy. He would always try to accommodate booking viewing appointments even if the diary was full. Our Son has now found the property he wants to buy, not through Prospect, but it was lovely that Reiss wished him well in his new home. I would recommend talking to Reiss if you deal with Prospect Warfield, he does look after people.

We purchased & completed our home at the end of Jan 2021 through prospect & whilst every purchase isn't without it's teething moments I have to say that overall our experience was great, Ellen - New Homes Manager was fantastic & really went the extra mile in helping secure the property for us along with chasing additional issues we had on the matter. I would recommend her & Prospect to friends.

After several tenancies due to unforeseen circumstance during Covid19 we were looked after superbly by Agnese whose prompt and courteous communication with us and the landlord made the whole check in, rental period and check out as smooth as possible. They go the extra mile compared to other agents and provide a more personalised experience.

We had an awful awful awful experience the letting assistant manager Betsy Harmer. We are a family of 4 with very young children. We relocated back to the U.K. from Asia and rented a temporary accommodation based on property photos from abroad. 1 week before checking, in my wife wanted to confirm the conditions of the property as she requested to Mrs Harmer, as condition for the tenancy, for the garden to be tidy and the property cleaned. The garden was in horrendous condition. We were concerned that the garden could represent a hazard for the children due to rats or mice. We called and called Betsy and complained about this. She asked us if we were ok to start living in the property until a gardener was found. However, she never solved our problem with the garden. In fact, she asked us to send photos and videos of it, which concerned us as we would have expected for the letting agency to do a check themselves. I found a gardener in 3 hours after checking in and proposed this and gave a quote to Betsy as well as the gardener’s availability to do the work. She said this was not authorised and forbid us to proceed. To protect my family, I decided to hire the gardener myself and pay from my own pocket. Horrendous service from this company and this person. Beyond awful. Do not recommend. In addition, the house was not cleaned, there were numerous marks in the walls. We had to give notice the 1st day. Please do not rent properties with these individuals.
