Really impressed with the service from Prospect, and Demi and Shaun in particular. We have just exchanged - it was a bit of a drawn out process (isn’t it always!) but I have no doubt it would have been much much longer without the tireless work of Demi and Shaun- always at the end of an email or telephone. They helped moved things along and were great at arranging extra viewings for us and accompanying builders and surveyors to keep pressure on. The communication has been fantastic throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Hopefully won’t need to move for some time (!) but if/when we do decide to move I will definitely be calling Prospect.

Saffron and her team at Prospect were wonderful, caring, supported and helped me change everything over to my name. Then when it was time for me to move, Saffron was again there.
