At a time when finding a rental property is tough, I have had a relatively hassle-free experience thanks to a combination of excellent personal service from Anna Elema who was quick, efficient and bright, and some clever and easy-to-use software which took much of the labour out of a complex but necessary process. However, machines don't smile. Anna does.

Having been let down very badly on several occasions by another letting agent i turned to Prospect to manage my property. My property manager is Beckie Baxter and i cannot fault how she looks after my property, she is calm in a crisis, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Prospect and Beckie in particular.

People make the difference. Been Manager for a team of hundred people is easy to recognise the value of Sasha Byrne. She knew how to handle the situation and position himself right in the center. It is not easy when there are different conflicting interests. Sasha will be in my management team!

We would highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents in Sandhurst. From the start we were treated as valued clients. We were regularly consulted and swiftly informed of viewings and outcomes. Potential buyers who were in a position to proceed were sent to view. We were particularly impressed by the efficiency and personal approach of the branch manager, David Ward.
