We purchased & completed our home at the end of Jan 2021 through prospect & whilst every purchase isn't without it's teething moments I have to say that overall our experience was great, Ellen - New Homes Manager was fantastic & really went the extra mile in helping secure the property for us along with chasing additional issues we had on the matter. I would recommend her & Prospect to friends.

There were many hiccups throughout the process (nothing to do with Prospect) and they handled them perfectly each time with amazing speed and great communication throughout! We can highly recommend Agnese and Prospect as a Lettings and management company. After several tenancies due to unforeseen circumstance during Covid19 we were looked after superbly by Agnese whose prompt and courteous communication with us and the landlord made the whole check in, rental period and check out as smooth as possible. They go the extra mile compared to other agents and provide a more personalised experience.
