GoogleAlmost impossible to say anything positive about Chancellors at all. A brief list of some issues faced over 1 year of tenancy: They accepted my offer on the property only to phone me back later to ask me to pay more, listing the property as unfurnished only to have be arrive on the day to several heavy items of unwanted furniture including a stained mattress, leaving me with no key to the utility cupboard or letterbox, leaving me with a broken radiator (the only one in the kitchen/living room) from November until July. If you can absolutely help it, rent with someone else.

GoogleNo major problems, good experience overall. People I dealt with, like Emilia, go extra mile, make sure I stay informed of what is going on etc. A small tip for some room to improve for Chancellors overall: when different employees work on the same tenancy, make sure there is seamless transition and getting up to speed with recent communication and context of that particular tenancy.

GoogleI imagine it is rare one can say selling a property can be a pleasure, but my experience with Chancellors has certainly been so. Richard, I have found to be the consumate professional. Reliable and friendly, courteous and helpful, he has been a pleasure to do business with. Nothing is too much trouble and he shows a genuine interest and enthusiasm for his work . His committment to giving such amazing customer service is welcome and reassuring. Estate Agents don't always get the best press,but in recommending Chancellors here now, I hope it gives confidence to anyone considering making them their agent of choice. It makes for a good move!

GoogleI'm happy to give Rob Webb and Keri Harrison 5 stars for their constant professionalism. I had various maintenance issues this year which needed to be attended to. As soon as I informed Chancellors of the issues, Rob took immediate action and what impressed me most was how he kept me fully informed of developments and was able to manage my expectations throughout. It was the same with Kerri. When the time came for my tenancy to be renewed, she managed everything swiftly and efficiently and like Rob, kept me fully in the loop. Her email communications were a masterclass in efficiency and clarity. It's inspiring professionals like Rob and Kerri that make enterprises like Chancellors the well-deserved success they are.

She was very helpful, answering promptly to all of my question (and I had many), never forgetting a thing which we talked about or have agreed upon. I could always feel the positive energy that she emitted from every phone call we had or e-mail she wrote. I feel extremely lucky that I had this opportunity to work with Rebeca Joel.

GoogleI can't say enough good things about the team at Chancellors, Bracknell. Jake and John, in particular, helped make sure that our chain, which was beset by difficulties and stresses coming from the top of the chain, progressed through to exchange. Their service went above and beyond at every possible stage, from helping me word a letter to our vendors to chasing down responses when our vendors were causing delays, and much more besides. Also, we found it so refreshing to deal with an agent whose rates were fair and who didn't need to slate its competitors to win business. I will be coming back to Chancellors for our next property transaction, whenever that may be, and I would, without doubt, recommend them highly to anyone seeking a friendly, exceptionally proactive, polite and generally fab estate agency.

GoogleWe interviewed 4 Estate Agents and we felt that Chancellors offered the best price, together with what appeared a professional service. We were not mistaken. The telephone was always answered when we had a question and events took place smoothly in the background, headed up by Leonie. Within 2 weeks we were made a very acceptable offer. We were impressed by the Chancellors team and would approach them again if we needed these services.

GoogleChecked out some agents in the area to let my property, I found chancellors to be more efficient with letting and affordable. They have consistently kept me informed of the process weekly and have got viewings and secured tenancy as they suggested within the time. I will recommend Chancellors as first choice for letting properties.

GoogleShocking service from Chancellors . Moved me into a property with no Heating or hot water, never kept me updated, a year later and still no adequate heating. Staff hung up the phone all the time , no contact from them unless I called and didnt contact me to attend the check out , constantly breaching tennant contract and relations , shame on you Chancellors , avoid at all costs.

GoogleDealing with the local branch & head office team has been nothing short of terrible. Customer Service was truly shocking throughout the tenancy. Quick to take money and make you feel like the victim yet if a rent payment is late, you are hounded like a dog until it is paid! Will never deal with them again hopefully. Not surprised the landlord switched agencies as well.
