From the 360-video tour right through to completion we were kept up to date at every stage and nothing was too much trouble.We would like to thank Jess and her team for their amazing customer service and help throughout the whole process. We have recently exchanged on our sale via Boughtons and are due to complete on Friday this week. Jess was in touch with us throughout being on the market with another agent and after our sale falling through at last minute we had lost faith in the market/sale of our property. However Jess contacted us and personally with her resilience in a tough market and pro-activeness arranged 3 viewings (without marketing) in one day and along with Alison and Kellie, successfully sold our property on first viewing!! We couldn’t recommend Jess enough, she has kept us fully informed throughout, chased the chain continuously, responds to queries efficiently and has assisted progressing our offer to completion in 8 weeks. Boughtons May be slightly more expensive than competitors but you get what you pay for, a personal, professional and honest service. We wouldn’t hesitate using Jess in the future or recommending her to our friends and family. For the second time I have been told viewings are limited “Only” to those who have sold their home.This is a very poor practice and very non customer centric.The UK house buying process is stressful enough without agents dictating who can view your property.The impact of requiring this means buyers need to have an offer accepted on their own property and will delay the process for their buyer or force the seller to rent while searching for their new home.The impact on the seller who lists with company’s that do this is they will loose out on potential buyers who wish to view.It seems Bougtons maybe unfamiliar with the UK buying process and the chains that exist due to what is a lengthy and stressful procedure for both sellers and buyers.Despite feedback it seems Boughtons would rather challenge a potential buyer rather than review this poor process.

I actually can't recommend Jess and her staff high enough. They go above and beyond for their clients with answering phone calls and emails at any time of the day/evening. Boughtons is a friendly family run business which offers a professional but friendly service and seeks to sell your house within 6 weeks. Mine sold within 2 weeks of it being on the market. They have a fantastic commission rate which is affordable to everyone. A 5* rating for a 5* business!!

I actually can't recommend these girls high enough. They have gone above and beyond for us whilst selling our house. Jess is available night or day no matter what time it is even on her days off or on holiday. They are all so friendly, so professional and it's a joy to speak to them all. They also offer a fantastic commission rate as well as other incentives if selling through them. I had to edit this review and just add a few extra bits, jess has been by our side throughout our sale no matter what, when I started to worry she rang me at 7pm to talk me through it and reassure me, when I had the same worries the following week she emailed me from holiday to again reassure me, the service I received from these ladies, well, I wish I could rate it higher than 5* to be honest.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Boughtons Estate Agents without any hesitation at all. I cannot speak highly enough of Jessica and the team at Boughtons, I just can’t. Their website states that they ‘are an estate agent with a twist’ and they certainly are! I’ve never experienced such a high level of customer service and had someone go above and beyond the call of duty so often, from the start to finish of the process. Jessica has always been polite, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and massively helpful. I’ve been kept informed about everything and I am now in my perfect home because Jessica did something not many people do, she listened. She listened to what I was looking for, and she found the perfect place for me, and then helped me get it. From organising a viewing with only a couple of hours notice (on a Saturday too), replying to queries in minutes (even after hours), passing on good news at any time of day (or night!), chasing paperwork, pushing solicitors, finding out whatever information I asked for, everything was done quickly, professionally and in such an honest & friendly manner! Not at all what I expected for an estate agent at all and I am massively grateful to Jessica for her efforts. Thank you Jess, and if I ever decide to sell this place, I’ll be on the phone!

From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism was clear and their passion to carry out the sale was tremendous.
