GoogleI’ve dealt with the manager of the Bourton-on-the-Water branch, Rob, on three occasions; twice as a buyer and once as a seller. Each time he has been utterly professional, reliable and very easy to deal with. The team at Harrison James and Hardie, including Louisa, were helpful and prompt with responses at all times, making what is often an extremely stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. We all know the often justifiably poor reputation estate agents have but here you have the exception to that rule. I found them to be efficient, reliable and professional estate agents who did their very best to make the stressful process of buying a home as smooth as possible. My dealings were primarily with Louisa, who was an absolute pleasure to work with, thanks to her unfailingly friendly and refreshingly straightforward approach. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any future house moves.

GoogleA great service provided by HJ&H. They are fairly expensive, but you really get what you pay for. A very professional, friendly service. If you want to sell your house, they are by far the best to choose.They always returned calls and supplied good updates to keep us posted through-out the movements of the chain. Sophie in the Bourton office was particularly excellent and the quality of her service was extremely valuable and appreciated. I can't recommend this company highly enough. It's no surprise they are the best agent in the area.

GoogleWe highly recommend Harrison, James and Hardie. From first contact to completion they proved to be very professional, understanding and helpful. Moving home can be a very challenging time especially when working full time and supporting an active family. Even when things are running smoothly it is all too easy to think about throwing in the towel. Harrison, James and Hardie keep things moving, chasing solicitors, buyers and sellers. Making all the phone calls when you don’t have the time. Worth every penny of the commission.
