GoogleHarrison James & Hardie definitely have the cutest properties in the Cotswolds. We purchased a property in Bourton-On-The-Water in June 2021 & worked with Sophie Williams. Being in a chain of several people it was imperative that we had someone who was very much on the ball & Sophie & team really delivered on that. Pleasure to work with & we look forward to working with Harrison James & Hardie again.

GoogleHarrison James and Hardie provided a first class service throughout the whole sales and conveyancing process. Sophie, Senior Sales Negotiator, proved to be an exemplary professional and we couldn't have wished for anything more in the way she went about selling our house. Our best interests always appeared to be Sophie's top priority. We didn't truly understand the role of the estate agent in the conveyancing process until we worked with Harrison James and Hardie. This is where they, as an estate agent, truly excelled When all goes quiet and solicitors don't provide updates (normal practice from our experience) you need a tenacious estate agent on your side. Someone who will investigate the whole chain and get things moving as quickly as possible. Steve and Sophie were truly brilliant at this role. When the pressure's are greatest, nearing a sales completion, you need calm professional heads around you, providing regular updates on progress and pushing processes along to meet deadlines. We would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Harrison James and Hardie.

They were hugely helpful throughout, chasing solicitors and other parties in the chain on our behalf promptly and professionally. Huge thanks to Sophie, Senior Sales Negotiator, who kept everything on track for us, but also to Kirby and Steve for their support too. We love our new home and have no plans to move again ever, but if we did we would definitely use Harrison James and Hardie.
