GoogleDon't use this company unless you're a landlord!!!! We never got any of our issues addressed and only got half our deposit back due to issues that were already there before we moved in. There's no pressure on the landlord to fix anything and a very slow communication channel with the company. Will not be using again. Bring back Harry! He was amazing with the move in process, but it was downhill from there.

We couldn’t rave on more about her. Moving from out of the country can be very complicated but she made the process seamless for us. We are extremely happy with her performance and would give her more than 5 stars if we could! :)

GoogleAfter trialing another estate agent for 6 months with no joy, we signed up with HJH in March 2020. James was brilliant to deal with during covid lockdowns and kept us informed weekly about what they were doing as an agency and generally what was happening with the market. We were able to make decisions about when to take the property off and try again, and each time all the staff went above and beyond to try and sell. When we finally did agree a buyer in summer 2021 we were handed to Sophie for our plot progression, and I really do think if it wasn't for her our sale wouldn't have completed. We had difficult circumstances with having staircased our shared ownership property and the solicitor incorrectly updating land registry, but Sophie was able to keep our buyer up to date and calm whilst we worked through trying to fix things. She has always been polite and friendly, and went far above what we expected of her. We really couldn't recommend their team enough, and having worked in the industry, their service is far superior to many many other agents in the area. We can never say thank you enough. We were able to have our house in rental market successfully with all your advice back in 2020 it was a bit of the roller-coaster but you always had a kind work, reassured us. So when we decided to put our house in sell it was such an easy process with the sales team, Sophie and Louise were working so closely with Ed that we didn't have to call/ email so much the team made everything happened so smoothly. I cant thank them enough for all their hard work and friendliness and i will recommend this Estate Agent if you are thinking to rent your property or sell your property... GoogleJust moved into our first home and HJ&H, especially Sophie Williams, made the process so much smoother. Although it took over 6 months to complete, which was caused by solicitors, they were constantly chasing everyone and keeping us updated with what was going on. GoogleWe have moved many times in our married life, and so have experienced every type of solicitor / conveyancing, from good to completely incompetent. So I'm very pleased to say Harrison James & Hardie and specifically Louisa-Jayne Ryan were excellent throughout the whole process of purchasing our final (hopefully) home in Bourton on the Water. The biggest benefit is they are a small practice, so you get to speak directly to whoever is dealing with you case, no call centres or operatives reading from scripts. He has always responded to any queries extremely quickly and has been on hand with any problems we may have had. As the owner of the property, he has given me full confidence and I know that he has also instilled the same confidence in the tenant. GoogleHarrison James and Hardie provided a first class service throughout the whole sales and conveyancing process. Sophie, Senior Sales Negotiator, proved to be an exemplary professional and we couldn't have wished for anything more in the way she went about selling our house. Our best interests always appeared to be Sophie's top priority. We didn't truly understand the role of the estate agent in the conveyancing process until we worked with Harrison James and Hardie. This is where they, as an estate agent, truly excelled When all goes quiet and solicitors don't provide updates (normal practice from our experience) you need a tenacious estate agent on your side. Someone who will investigate the whole chain and get things moving as quickly as possible. Steve and Sophie were truly brilliant at this role. When the pressure's are greatest, nearing a sales completion, you need calm professional heads around you, providing regular updates on progress and pushing processes along to meet deadlines. We would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Harrison James and Hardie.
