GoogleCunning. Flats and apartments Wren owner (Toby Slade) try to rent in very bad condition. Mold under the walls. I did not get my deposit back. Once you sign the contract very poor communication. You have to beg and ask 1000 times if you need anything to be fix.
Hi Bartosz, Unfortunately your deposit was not returned as the County Court Judgement stated that due to rent arrears, your deposit was to be repaid to the landlord. The deposit scheme therefore correctly returned this to the landlord. We are surprised that two years have passed and you now make contact. We would have liked to have addressed this with you but you left unannounced. Please do contact us if you wish to discuss this further. Thanks

GoogleRented as much as 5 properties in my life.This crowd is the worst I ever dealt with.Not keen to help at all .Left the place in better shape then it was but didn't got my deposit back.Theres actually letting agencies that care about tenants in human way.
